Jessica Ruggieri has assisted in over 100 real estate transactions that have generated millions in sales.  After working with a world-class real estate team for over 19 years she was inspired to further her real estate accomplishments by becoming a licensed broker in 2020 and focuses on residential and commercial real estate working for SVN NorthStar.

In addition to being an associate broker, Jessica currently supports the sales team through her expertise in client relations.  She is integrally involved with database management, direct mail campaigns, advertising, and research.

Jessica is fluent in Spanish and excels in her capacity as a marketing specialist both in English and Spanish.

Jessica earned a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing from the Intercontinental University of Mexico City. She is fluent in Spanish and excels in her capacity as a communications specialist for the team.

Jessica currently resides in Savoy, Illinois, with her husband A.J. Ruggieri, and her three children Stephania, Giovanni, and Vivianna.
